In this project, the objective is to collaborate with an existing navigation platform, leveraging its strengths while identifying areas for improvement to elevate the overall user experience. The focus is on uncovering missing features and envisioning actionable changes that can enhance performance and usability. I chose to work with Apple Maps, a navigation tool that plays a crucial role in the daily lives of millions of users. While Apple Maps is already a reliable resource, the goal is to enhance its user-friendliness and versatility by introducing new features such as NaviBuddies, a voice command system, and customizable voice options.
